Terms and Conditions for Online Payment of expert2expert Cadaver Course

1. IntroductionThese Terms and Conditions govern the online payment for the expert2expert Cadaver Course (the “Course”). By completing the payment, you agree to these terms.
2. Payment Policy2.1. All payments must be made in full at the time of registration. 2.2. Payments can be made through the accepted online payment methods listed at checkout. 2.3. Your registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy3.1. Refunds are only available if a cancellation request is received at least three (3) months before the scheduled date of the Course. 3.2. Refund requests must be made in writing via email to the course administrator. 3.3. If a refund is approved, the amount refunded will exclude any processing fees incurred. 3.4. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than three (3) months before the Course date. 3.5. In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to course cancellation by the organizer, registrants will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule.
4. Transfer Policy4.1. Course registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the organizer. 4.2. Requests for transfer to another participant or future course must be submitted at least two (2) months before the Course date and will be subject to approval.
5. Liability Waiver5.1. The Course involves practical anatomical training; participants acknowledge the inherent risks and agree to adhere to all safety guidelines. 5.2. The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the Course.
6. Privacy Policy6.1. Personal and payment information provided during registration will be used solely for course administration and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
7. Governing Law7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Course is held.
